1 General Terms

7abd is an online betting and casino platform that provides services to users in the Bangladesh market. These Terms apply in accordance with Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6).

If any details registered on your account change (such as your mobile number or bank details), update them immediately through 7abd support. 7abd will not be responsible for any issues arising from outdated or incorrect information.

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

The minimum deposit amount on 7abd is ৳500 (five hundred taka) for each payment method. Accepted payment methods are:

4.2 Withdrawals

7abd may request identity verification for any withdrawal request for security purposes. If the requested documents are not submitted within the specified time, the withdrawal will be put on hold.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members on 7abd have the opportunity to receive a 200% bonus of up to ৳20,000 on their first deposit. The following conditions apply to claim this bonus:

• To withdraw the bonus amount, the total deposit and bonus amount must be wagered 20 times (20x).
• The bonus applies to the first deposit only.
• Attempting to withdraw before the wagering requirements are met may result in the bonus being cancelled.
• After claiming the bonus, the wagering requirements must be met within a specified time period.

• Platinum — up to 1.2% weekly cashback
• Diamond — up to 1.5% weekly cashback

6 Betting Rules

6.1 Betting Limits

7abd sets separate minimum and maximum betting limits for each game, event and market category. Before placing a bet, check the specific limits for the relevant game or market.

6.2 Betting Results

All betting results are final. No changes will be accepted after results are announced, however 7abd may consider exceptions in the case of technical errors.

6.3 Cricket Betting

Betting is available on various international cricket events including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup and ICC tournaments. If a match is cancelled or abandoned, bets are generally voided and returned, though specific rules may vary by market.

6.4 Live Betting

Odds in live betting may change at any time. The odds at the time a bet is confirmed will be considered final.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 7abd platform:

• Creating multiple accounts or claiming the same benefit more than once.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities or bugs in the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Placing bets using automated bots or software.
• Attempting unauthorised access to another user's account.
• Bonus abuse or manipulation.
• Providing false or misleading information.
• Harassing or threatening other users or staff.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Closure by 7abd

7abd may suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

• Violation of these Terms.
• Suspicion of fraud or deception.
• Violation of anti-money laundering policies.
• Failure to cooperate with the verification process.
• If the account is proven to belong to a minor.

8.2 Closure by the User

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting 7abd support. All pending withdrawals will be settled before the account is closed, however active bonuses may be cancelled.
